I have returned goods to Bjelin. How is a refund from you carried out?

Refunds are made primarily to your bank account, personal account, or to the same card used when purchasing the item. The refund will be made within 30 working days from the time we have received and approved your return.

Card payment

We will return the money to your account as soon as we receive the return. Bjelin will send you an email confirming the return received and the amount that has been refunded to your account. Keep in mind that the money goes back on the same date when the credit was completed. It can take between 5-7 banking days before this is reported in your account.

Invoice payment

If you pay with an invoice, you adjust the amount of the return yourself on the invoice we sent you. You only pay for what you keep. Bjelin does not send a new invoice.
