The plank that is visible in the package does not look like the floor I have ordered, what has happened?

To protect the floor surface in the packages with Hardened wood, the top plank is turned upside down. It is thus the underside of the plank with a bright and beautiful birch veneer that is visible at the top of the package. Before contacting us to make a complaint about a potential incorrect delivery, make sure that the package is marked with the article number and product name that you have ordered.
